One Drug Lord tried to RUN, He managed to keep running for over 20km with every Police car, Police van, security car, in tow all totaling more than 30 vehicles. Jumping robots and cop cars until he came to a bend in the road. One Drug Lord rolls his Honda Civic, with Police car right behind. The cop got so involved in the chase he also nearly rolled, still wrecked the cop car.

If the Drug Lord had not rolled would the cops have caught him???

The skid marks roll for 50 metres before hitting the dirt.

He then went through the undergrowth another 25-30metres before coming to a standstill. There is no damage to the trees or ground, so he had to have FLOWN the first 10 metres before rolling.

I guess he must have tried some off his good pills to try and fly.frail2010-01-16 07:14:52

Well, i'm really impressed that we have 30 vehicles available to chase after criminals. In a car chase the criminal always has the upper hand because he has no consideration for any other road users. The police are responsible for catching the criminal as well as ensuring the safety of all the civilian road users.

Things are certainly improving from the days when my reservist friend would go to work and sit in the charge office all night because there were no roadworthy patrol vehicles available.

I saw the whole Fleet out on Koeberg road. No this was Today at 03h00. On M112 Giel Basson, from Ravensmead up over Burgundy Estate. Ended at the corner up from Richwood at the Reservoir.

I am just surprised at how long and far he avoided their grasp. They called in any vehicles from all directions. Cops, Flying squad, Security firms.
