Good day everybody.

 

 

 

It seems the last couple of days we only have exciting news, but this one is REALLY special!

 

 

 

For those who do not know Lance Armstrong will be in Cape Town the week of the "Argus".

 

 

 

On 11 March there will be a breakfast in Cape Town where Lance

Armstrong will be the guest of honour and the speaker. He will talk

about his sporting experiences and his inspirations, a truly remarkable

story.

 

 

 

WP Track is in the very fortunate position that INTELLIBUS has donated

a ticket to us to be raffled off for a place at a corporate table for

the breakfast. The funds generated will be used to drive various WP

Track Cycling Projects.

 

 

 

The raffle will be R20 per ticket and sales will be handled at the

League of 26 Jan and 23 Feb at the Bellville Velodrome. Since this is a

prestigious event, we will have to limit the number of raffles to 10

per person.  The competition is open to everybody and the draw will

take place on 2 March at the Bellville Velodrome during the 4th leg of

the SUMMER LEAGUE.

 

 

 

Mr Phill Liggett will be the MC and is promises to be an unbelievable

experience. This is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity. This is a

rare opportunity to interact with the greatest Tour de France rider and

sporting personality ever.
