Tandem chainring question

Hi All,

 

I need to replace the chainrings on my tandem and I'm struggling to find a 55t 130 bcd. Would I have major problems if I changed this to a 56t chainring? I currently spin out with my 55t chainring and I've been told I can't change my 9 speed sprocket to a 25-11t.

 

I'm considering getting the Vuelta chainring, is this a good chainring?

 

If anyone knows where I can find chainrings in South Africa, please urgently let me know.
