Captain Slow Posted January 28, 2010 Share Port Elizabeth Safety Signs Project Update: Due to unforeseen delays, these signs are promised to be erected by the 15 February 2010. This is according to the Chief Engineer of the Eastern Cape Provincial Government Roads Dept. Sign-Up would like to apologise for the delay. Keep Safe out there! Malkie Posted January 28, 2010 Share Think more than signs are needed in PE,when I was there in December some chop coming from the opposite direction in a car took aim at me and came straight for me head on,luckily I was on my MTB so could comfortably go onto the gravel on the side of the road to avoid him,not a nice feeling when youve broken your ribs the previous month and are just starting to feel comfortable on the bike again,seems cyclists arent well loved in the windy city.
