Slightly disappointed in my time, badly wanted a sub3 and ended up doing 3:06, but from now on its full marathon, so no looking back. Sad to hear you had a rough time. Well, flu happens Still enjoyed myself, just much more slowly. I think Sabie will be my last 45 after that I am committing to the full marathons too. Awesome buddy, Sabie Im doing long one already, Im going to die. But hold thumbs!! You perhaps not aiming for SabieX end of the year?

My brother has done the last couple of Swazis (that doesn't sound right) and said it was the best MTB experience he has had. I live in Tzaneen so all of these races are close for me.
