Please I need some help today I took my back wheel in a week ago to replace  the spokes on the casett side because they kept on snapping so after receiving my wheel back I desided to take the mtb  out for a test run but my chain sounded like a old diesiel motor running dry and sounded like its jumping gears and 50m from my gate the chain snapped so I replaced the broken link with a quik link but still the chain doesnt sound right ,so iam wondering can it be that my casett wasnt fitted on right. Cry

Make sure they and then you put the chain on correctly. It must run inside of the tabs on the derailleur pulleys. Silly mistake but it happens.
