Baksteen Posted February 2, 2010 Share Please I need some help today I took my back wheel in a week ago to replace the spokes on the casett side because they kept on snapping so after receiving my wheel back I desided to take the mtb out for a test run but my chain sounded like a old diesiel motor running dry and sounded like its jumping gears and 50m from my gate the chain snapped so I replaced the broken link with a quik link but still the chain doesnt sound right ,so iam wondering can it be that my casett wasnt fitted on right.
