Ok you had my attention until this came around !! If you are going to tie it with CSA licenses you are bound to fail !!! Licensing a bike now is a different story .

Too true, was thinking about the permanent numbering that was on a previous thread, but in hindsight CSA is a scary thought.

I remember when was a lil school girl, I had to go register my bike at the police station. Each bike was given a number...actually, it was hammered into the frame. should the bike get stolen...the police could trace the number to the person it belongs to.

 

I'm not going to venture how long ago I think that was.

 

So hang on a minute. Last year the cops still cared?

Ta Deanbean .. done already ... but under a Group called Cyclists Against Crime ... perhaps I need to setup a seperate group for the Registry specifically ...
