HP Cyclist knocked down

On my way to take kids to school this morning, saw a cyclist had been knocked over..tall blonde guy... anyone know who it is??

Shame he dont look good...Black and red kit..white silverback bike

one cyclist knocked down is one cyclist too many.  Sometimes I wonder if helmets (and obviously we must wear them) actually depersonalise a cyclist from the motorist point; they seem to forget that a cyclist is also a human being, who happens to ride a bike.
