Herewith a HUGE thumbs up to Jeff and the crew at Rocky mountain in Canada......both my element team frames warranteed within two weeks......two emails a few photos and VOILA.....two brand new shiny frames in my grubby little paws.......now thats service.......alot more specialised than the service I have heard of lately....

What was wrong with the original two that caused a warrantee replacment?

the 20.5 had hairline crack and the samller one had some paint bubbling up

Ive got the Scandium Vertex Team, so its good to know that they have great service when it comes to warranties.
