You will need:-

 

1xripe human, male or femal, (or a mixed group if required)0

1xmountain bike (see the chef's select choice)

1x route map (obtainable from gnarled individuals in the area)

1xhydration bag

Garnish: a Mixture of good clothing

Method:

Take human, fit to mountain bike, add appropriate clothing. Fill Hydro bag with liquid, tools, tubes and add a choice of energy bars and gels, add a good healthy bunch of adrenaline, dust surfaces with moisture and finally add as much of a large chunk of an unforgettable experience as neccesary.
