"We wish to inform you that we have carried out 189 blood tests today," UCI said in a statement. "There are no unfit cases."

The Tour de France starts with a 7.9-km prologue in London on Saturday.

what they didn't say is that they're clean now, but should a yank even consider winning, somehow results of a dirty test will be leaked to l'equipe
