i love my bike every time it comes back from a sevice, and at the rate i'm breaking things, that's about once a month! i'm lucky in that i've known the owner of my lbs for about 14 years - i've become good friends with him and his wife and daughter (who i've known for even longer) - and i help out in the shop on saturday mornings.

both the owner and the workshop manager are really dedicated and not rip-off artists, and they try keep things as cheap and easy as possible. i've learnt tons from them. as an aside, i was in the shop during the week a month or so back - just before sa champ - and they were hectically busy getting ronel's bike ready. so i offered to help and ended up (under guidance!) glueing the tubbies on her bike. as we all know she went on to win!

 

a good workshop is invaluable, so once again, i salute you precision pro!

My bike(s) are always performing perfectly. I service them myself and even while cycling if something goes wrong I know how to repair it.
