Fork length

Old question, but forgot the answer. I am looking at buying a specific bike (carbon with carbon fork), but the fork was cut just above the steerer tube (no spacers). I know for a fact that that is too low for me. Is there a way of getting it higher, except for angled stem.

Is there a safe way to get it higher?.....NO. The angled stem is the only way...and that just looks silly. Just buy the right size and safe yourself all the trouble.

Save yourself some trips to the dentist/plastic surgeon and buy a new fork
