I need some advice...... I've been on antibiotics for the last 10 days and starting to feel better.... <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

 

Obviously I've been off the bike for this time and now it feels like I've lost everything I gained over the last few months.....

 

Any advice on how to get back to the same fitness level quickly?

Don't worry you don't lose it that fast.It  should take a week to get where you were.

You lose about 10% a week.after 6 months you have to start all over from scratch.
