Giant TCR 2C

I am looking at buying a secondhand Giant TCR 2C with 105 group set. Firstly I am not familiar with 105's - how does it perform against Ultegra? Also can anyone comment on whether this is a good carbon frame. I am on a tight budget and this seems to be a good deal as I am getting the saddle I want, the bar width I require and Kysirium Race rims, computer and the bike is in good condition for R11 000.
