3 - Good value for money

2 - Nice looking but the maintenance is expensive

1 - Very Good wheels and very strong - I just don't like the centrelock rotors that's all.

I think they weigh 1580g

They are in fair condition, true. Just the bearings are a little rough but easily sorted.

I have 2 peeps in line for these already, but will take photo's anyway.

I have an XTR set for you if you are looking... R2750, wheelset only.

Also Specials on AmClassics @ R3950 a pair brand new.

Hey Tarmac

Can you get the AC 29er wheels? How much?

Hi Tarmac, until when will you have the AmClassics at that price?

There is still a couple of sets but they will run out soon. You can pay a deposit and I will keep you a set...how long do you need?

End of next week should be fine. Are these still the old AC's? I understand there are new AC's on the market.

I am not sure if there is any difference, I was told there are new AC's on the market. Not sure myself.

Don't know about the off road version but my road AC RD440's stay true, keep rolling, are lightweight and stiff, and cost effective in terms of innitial outlay.

ZTR or American Classics?

What is the verdict, which is better?

Ztr's usually use AMclassic hubs in their sets, only now do they have their own hub which is a copy of the amclassic...

The ZTR rims are a little lighter, and lower profile, and is kinda tubeless specific. but their light rims have weight limits.

The amclassic rim has a higher weight limit and is a great weight off the shelf.
