What would be an upgrade to my Louise Magura brakes?

Quick hijack, Im a roadie so I dont know much about mtb parts.

I ride a XT equiped MTB. If I change the rotors,can I replace them with something like Alligators or Avid rotors?

 

hey, because ride XT i assume you have a centre lock hub with XT rotors?. dont think the avids or gators will be compatable with the hub

Nah, I have a six bolt rotor. And says Magura on the rotor. The rest is XT.

Any 6-bolt will work as long as the size stays the same. I use Alligators with my XT brakes.

The only upgrade that you can make from the MAGURA Louise is to upgrade to The Marta's.

 

And yes there is a new agent for MAGURA in the country as of the bigining August 2010.
