Truvativ GXPRaceface and Shimano BBs

Ok someone explain to me the difference between the 3???

 

I only recently discovered what a BB30 was.

Truviati, Raceface and Shimano have many different BB's, what exactly do you want to know? Truviati GXP is used with a GXP crank.

I assume you are referring to external cup BBs

 

In generl truvativ GXP has a narrower inner diameter on the non drive side cup

 

Race face, Shimano and FSA are in general cross compatible or "Shimano" compatible if you want to use that as a standard of sorts.

 

Ohter manufacturer such as KCNC,Chris King, Hope and aeriozine and a few others make bbs which are mostly shimano compatible (Hope offer spacers which fit in the non drive bearing for GXP cranks, not shure what the case is for chris king)

 

Ranking them from best to worse (This is my opinion so don't get offeneded anyone)

 

1) Chris King

2) Hope

3) Shimano

4) AeroZine(the old ones atleat)and FSA (Renowned for not lasting)
