Are all images now being uploaded as attachments?

 

I am not keen on clicking on an attachment to find it is no bigger or better than the image displayed as an attachment.

We were able to post the images as part of the tread, which I know slows browsing speed but I also slows the droooling effect of viewing photos. Can we have this function back, if only for sales adds? Pleeeeeze?
