do you know if its SRAM specific bars, stem and seatpost? and what wheelset do they use?

Build kits normally comprise of everything besides the frame (frame and fork on a road bike).

 

Frame manufacturers normally determine what these kit consists off. It could be mix and match parts or complete sets from one manufacturer. The reason why shops like CRC can sell stuff cheap is because they buy complete bikes and then sell the parts separately.

Depends on the level you buy, X0 comes with AMclassic wheels, Truvativ Noir Bar and seatpost and Stylo WC stem.

buycycle is selling the X9 build kit for R10800.00 i think its one hell of a deal, the american classic tubless wheelset will set you back 5K already then you still get the 2 x 10 groupo and all the odds and ends
