I have had the misfortune of dealing with 3 different suppliers today who all advertise their services / goods on The Hub.

On all 3 occasions I have sat back and wondered to myself why the hell am I even bothering to even attempt to support these individuals and their businesses? I have also tried to fathom why people who advertise their services here don't give special attention to Hubber customers, I mean it's a foregone conclusion that if you give bad service here you are going to be drawn and quartered very quickly for your lack of attention.

Service in South Africa just generally across the board seems to be bad and bordering on downright rude. I am tired of having to kiss suppliers rear ends in order to do business with them. I am tired of recommending Hubbers businesses to my friends when all they do is treat me like ****. I am tired of going out of my way to try to get Hubbers customers when they cannot even reciprocate with a "Thank you for your order"

So I have decided from now on I am going to be pedantic, I am going to nit pick, I am not going to compromise, I am going to write letters of complaint - generally if you want my money now you better be on top of your game because I am going to be as much of a **** about buying your products as what you are when selling them.

No need to explain...I can clearly see from your Ads that you SHARP with responses and on top of things.

No mention of suppliers names - my point is not to attempt destroy but to rather inform suppliers that this market here is by no means a captive one or one that should be taken for granted. It is rather a delicate market and hubbers who own businesses that are selling products / services to hubbers should do so by going far beyond the extra mile.

The Hub as far reaching effects and good service from a supplier here means that I refer him to 20 of my mates who are not hubbers and each of them 20 of theirs and so on. Bad service to a fellow hubber can have dire consequences - just pop into the competitions board.

I will take up my issues with the various suppliers on a private basis.
