My Strap broke on my RS300x,Under a year old) so I mailed customer care, last Wednesday. got a swift response, dropped the watch off with them on Friday. eraser Posted October 6, 2010 Share + 1 These guys are on the ball. My RS200 went in for a battery replacement and they replaced the casing too...no charge! MJ the Expat Posted October 6, 2010 Share Just a bit of a highjack... My wifes Polar's battery went flat. She was told to send it in to Polar which will take 2 weeks to replace. It took me 4 minutes te replace the battery which cost me R7 at dischem. I noticed polar charges R50 for a simmilar battery. In my opinion they are a bunch of sharks. The end.
