Who to courier my bike

I bought a bike from a fellow hubber and calles a well known courier company to transport the bike from Cape town to Mosselbay. These guys are charging me R1300. Is there any other way? Some help please :(

They are ripping you off!

I bought a frame and fork from CT to JHB last year and it cost me R350.

This year bought the same from PMB to JHB

and it cost me R450.

Unless a whole bike is way more??
