Was supposed to be 3 days in the sun, but looking at the weather it looks like 3 days in the cold I am going. My cycle buddy pulled out last minute. So it will only be me and my scott. I took the brave option of camping, still wondering if I should sleep under the Ton.. cover or in a tent. You leaving tom morning?

Im gonna try and leave around 11 to be in time for the first ride at 3pm. looking forward to it. i have a black/silver giant x1 and my kit will vary (mondi and blue gray gijima kit.) come say hi. Ill be staying in the cottages with the missus and my son of 9.
LJDB Posted October 21, 2010 Posted October 21, 2010 Ah cool! I thought of leaving round 9 taking a easy drive stopping etc. I have a Scott Spark all Black and white. The white pedals and white grips was not the best choice. ;-) Will keep a eye out. Well see you there and have a safe trip there with your family.

Would be interesting to see where all these trails are...I know of 2 ....one towards Driehoek on a jeeptrack & single track. and One towarsd "lot se vrou" rock formations... Any others??

If you stay at Kromdraai which is also very cool.Its the next farm after Dwars rivier.There is a route down the valley on the farm for some distance on single and jeep track then when you leave the farm it swings left around on the gravel road and back up past the caves to the top of the hill.Turn in at the caves.Go all the way to the caves and there is a hidden single track that plummets all the way down to Kromrivier.Scary fast and dangerous. Dec is cooking there mate.Spend your day in Malgat.
