it's a job and a half to clean them, and you have to do it pretty soon after you're done riding otherwise they stain.

Looks awesome, but if you're as anal as I am about a clean bike it'll drive you nuts.

still doesn't deter from the fact that they looked so hot on my bike.....when clean.

A while ago tried Conti mountain kings and loved the ride, now the whites have been banished to the storeroom!

Just remember, if it's any other colour besides black, it's not made off rubber and will not have the grip or longevity of rubber tyres.

I rode with a set of White Geax Metzcals last year (I even managed Sabie). I had plenty of grip in the wet but the tyres have a high silicon content & wore out quicker than normal black rubber. Rolling resistance was noticeably less than the black Metzcals.

 

Just remember, if it's any other colour besides black, it's not made off rubber and will not have the grip or longevity of rubber tyres.
