I score mostly 8 out of 10.

Seldom stop at the traffic lights or stop streets. With or without cars around.

Sometimes wear visible clothing. One of my fave kits on the day is black from top to bottom.

Depending on how you interpret them 6 and 7 (riding single file) are mutually exclusive with 2.

Agreed. It just might not be possible to get 10/10 :D (edit: without kicking off a furious argument).

Here's another good article on cycling in traffic (it's from Pez in the USA so whenever the say left, think right and vice versa).

Toolbox: Street Survival

I think this quote is pretty worthwhile:

Safe handling of your bike in traffic and maintaining a flexible attitude toward motorists must be your top priorities. You cannot take the mental approach that you have certain rights to the road that automobile drivers are required to observe; you must take responsibility for minimizing the opportunities for them to do you harm. Do not make the potentially fatal mistake of expecting them to look out for you!

The concept of being an ambassador for cyclists is also one I try to adhere to while riding.
