i am coming to Cape Town for a week on business.

 

was hoping to find out were the training rides are at.

 

i was looking for some rides that are 1:30 - 2 hour at about 28km/h avg and not to hilly.

There is always the riding at Killarney on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Tuesdays for everyone, Wednesdays for the league manne.
