Do you get 165mm cranks? I have short legs and ride with Campy 170mm. Someone told me I could possibly generate more power if they were slightly shorter?

Yes, you do get 165mm cranks. However, no matter how short your legs, you won't generate more power. It is a matter of comfort, nothing else. I have a set of 165s on a bike mounted in an ergonometer if you want to feel what it feels like.

However, stay away from adjustable cranks. It is a very, very bad idea. A crank/pedal attachment is a dynamic joint - meaning that there is lots of movement there and with a slot giving you less support, you're looking at a short lifespan article.
