Training ride IM

Hi guys

 

A few months back a huge IM training group came flying past me at the cradle of humankind. I was too unfit then but now I think I might be able to hold on for a while.

 

I seriously need training groups for December. What are your times and starting venue on weekends? (in detail as im new in Joeys)

A lot of groups ride from either teak or Something country most leave at 6 and are part of training squads (Fleet, Liftestruck, Troi etc) rides are usually 130-180k depending on time of year and vary in speed, but since you are not allowed to draft at IM, you will be fine riding on your own
