Some seriously possitive feedback on service from two companies, Elite-IT in france (They build the Realaxiom trainers) and Probike in SA (they import them)

My Elite Realaxiom trainer stopped working, didnt give feedback from the electromagnet unit back to the PC, so it was basically useless. Three diff people from Elite in france was in correspondence with me with ideas of things to try to find out where the problem could be. Their patience and willingness to help was refreshing! Finally they finally agreed that it was not driver or software related, or because I run Vista, but something with the hardware. They gave me Probike's details.

Contacting Probike I spoke to David (last tuesday), he said drop the trainer off at westdene he will fetch it Wed. So he did. On Friday I got a call that I can collect the trainer. It was fixed. Well. If you can call it "fixed", they stripped everything off the A-frame (the electromagnet with flywheel, the cables, the front console (ALLES) and put brand new stuff on. Thats like 7k worth of stuff. So, I now have a "brand new" IDT thanks to Elite and Probike.

Really "SHOCKING"  (in a good way) service from both companies! Clap

Amazing that the combination of a South African company and French company can result in such a happy customer.  The French are better known for poor service than South Africans.
