i need to find a job in the municipality. its easier and far quicker to make a million.!! whats up with these guys!!!

please pay your taxes, cos we need to amicably pay off some nitwit who has drained and propably stolen money from the municipality!!! and if you do not pay your taxes we are going to fine you and issue you with penalities so that we can pay off some other official who desperately needs a million!!!

I doubt its just Tshwane muncipality, I think the rot is so widespread its just a matter of time before the rest follow suit.

 

I am reading a book at the moment about the Canadian economy and its fiscal discipline after the crash on wall street, its almost agreed universally that Canada weathered the crash the best of all the western economies, actually it was hardly affected at all, but anyway their attention to detail is impeccable, council books are indpendantly audited on a 6 monthly basis, the public have access to any record of expenditure its really a world class system.

 

....We can but dream.
