GPS files for MTB around Cape Town / Stellies

I am heading down to Cape Town in December to do some serious Epic training.

 

Do any of you CT locals have some GPS files of cool routes that you could please share with me. My e-mail is cesterhuysen@javacapital.co.za.

 

Other than Tokai, Oak Valley and Jonkershoek where do you recommend I ride?

Table Mountain, Deer Park & Durbanville area are also not bad. Can send you loads of Garmin files as where to ride in Tokai. Also have trails from Oak Valley, Jonkershoek, Contermans Kloof, Hillcrest.

Just go to Garmin connect, zoom to area and search for key word like "tokai" should bring up some results.

 

I found very nice van gaalens routes that way here in GP

Had a look on Garmin Connet. There are only one or two MTB routes in CT that guys have uploaded

I just run a search under explore, activities:

 

keyword = mountain biking

starting near = Durbanville, South Africa

 

or

= Cederberg, South Africa

= Stellenbosch, South Africa

 

etc, etc, tons of stuff

Deer Park = Back of Table Mountain

Contermanskloof/Hillcrest/Majic forest = Durbanville (Apparently there is around 100km of riding which can be done between Contermanskloof, Hillcrest & Majikforest!)
