I see at Discem alot of stuff with stimulators in and so, so were can you find a list of all the supplements you can and can not use, how much caffine and so, does anybody have an idea please??

Ask your local pharmicist for an up to date "MIM's" it lists all the banned substances. Your Dr/GP can also provide you with the list...They are very easy to obtain.
