Bring a cool attitude. It is not a race. Just good ol' training.

About 3h15, possible shorter rerouting from R44 straight to Paardeberg Mall.

Novak, if you're a newcomer to road cycling, how is your endurance?

This will be a century ride with several rollers and climbs.

Not recommended for beginners.

I have been riding mtb for a year and did about 5 rides last week on the road bike between 3-4 hours per ride. I should be fine,but if I cant stick with you big boys I will turn around before I fall over. Rode to Stellenbosch and back to Durbanville this afternoon in the wind.

Cool, yes this Cobra ride has been eluding me for the last couple of weeks, also going away next weekend so wont be able to do it then.

 

Sent you pm, send me your cell and I will confirm for sunday.

 

If I dont do the Cobra this weekend though, dont think I will get another chance.

I tried putting Graanendal Shopping Centre Parking Lot, Goedemoed into Google Maps to get directions but no luck, can you maybe give me street name that I can use

@Spat- if u go out of Durbanville with Wellington road it is the last set of traffic lights. You will see on your right is Graanendal Estate,just turn right and about 150m on your left is the mall.
