Two weeks ago I took my MTB fork it to be checked out and serviced before the warrantee expires in December. I found some oil around the nut on the left leg.

The bike shop send it to Cycles Africa because they are the agent for Manitou. So On Saturday I went to pick it up and to my horror it's not mine. Mine is still in perfect condition, except for the scrapes on drop outs and this one has got scratches all over and in places I don't even know how it can happen. Now it's going back and hopefully I will get the right one back. It's only shocks, hydraulic brakes and truing/building of wheels that I can't do myself yet, so not alot goes to the shops these days.

So, if you can, mark your components before you send it in to the shop.
