RECOVERY QUESTION: Essential Sleep

So when you go to sleep, to improve the quality of your sleep, set you alarm clock to wake you up two hours earlier and at the same time, set the time back by two hours.

You'll wake up at the same time, but you'll be scoring more of that magical before-midnight kip!

Sounds like a good placebo effect there, bikemonster.

Almost laaik Power.... brace.... Can't say it anymore...

Problem is getting to bed early enough in the evenings

Normally only get home from work between 7-8pm. Then still need to prepare food every other day. (Since the wife also work long hours we swap the duties) So I battle getting to bed before 11pm; and if I do I am normally wide awake.

Have no problems sleeping in the morning. If left to my own I will easily sleep till late, but need to get up early to train. And I need about 7-8h to feel fresh. My recovery days is normally to catch up on sleep. :)

Cycling is tough for a natural night owl...
