cat-i Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 a buff keeps the cold out - i can wrap it around my ears and mouth too if i need to. and when it warms up, it doesn't take much space in the bag.

Cape Town would be good in the winter - pity there isn't a waterproof body suit too (bar a wetsuit).a shower cap worked quite well in ireland's weather. and it's for free if you stay over at a hotel. it helps if you['re in a foreign country with no chance of anyone recognising you, though ...
