MissionMan Posted January 20, 2011 Share Hi guys, in the market for good set of UST rims in the R3-R4k range. I weigh about 70kg, ride XC / trail only, but dont hold back on rocky decents so need a reliable build. Any advice or experience with these wheelsets (other suggestions obviously welcome!!) MissionMan Posted January 20, 2011 Share Bob, i've taken the plunge and going for the XT - they are lighter than the cross rides, plus if they DO break, spares are cheaper too (but could take time to get). if the hub does go, one could always then cough up the price differential between xt and deore and get decent free hubs.
