My previous frame cracked anyways, wanted a 'Dale frame (CAAD9 at the time, as mentioned) to replace it and it was no problem. For sure if there was a man fault - or you genuinely needed to replace it after a crash, they'd have to be able to source it for you... Not the cheapest way to do it, but if you have a bike and just want/have to replace the frame...
