There are some awsome training videos that you can download for indoor stationary trainners as well as spinning bikes.

 

I really enjoy the Less Mills spinning programmes as the instructors give you the feel that you actually on the road , so its not boring like some instructors at your local gym.

 

You will find Less Mills from page 6 onwards.

Those videos are great. They can really make you go on the exercise for hours. Thanks for sharing. I would like to see more because sometimes exercise could really bore me out.

Welcome guys , i downloaded at least 5 of them so i can have a variety for the week. Those instructors are hardcore though.
