wapad Posted February 4, 2011 Share I want to put a normal XT crank in a BB 30 frame if I understand correctly can it be done is it just a new BB the vice versa isthere is an XX crank on the hub that is BB30 can that go into a normal anthem frame I know BB 30 means bigger and stiffer I want to know its application for getting my next crank I have searched the hub but no clues Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
brussel Posted February 4, 2011 Share BB30 will not go into a normal frame at all as far as I know...you can however fit a normal hollowtech crank (like XT) into BB30 with a set of machined aluminium spacers (check on Enduroforkseals.com)...or you get a press fit case that presses into the BB30 shell and takes a standard BB Edited February 4, 2011 by brussel Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
