Does any one have a lekke pancake recipe?

2 eggs

1 cup flour

1 cup milk

1 pinch salt

Add water to get consistency "right". The runnier the batter is, the thinner the pancake, but thinner pancakes tear easier. Experiment.

Cook in a hot pan, with a small amount of butter in the pan before each pancake.

This will make French-style crepes, rather than what Merkins refer to as 'pancakes', which civilised persons call drop scones or flapjacks.
