I cannot remember EVER going through a drive-through or into a take away in 4minutes.

 

More like 15.

 

I have never sat that long in a drive through! Ever! my Steers is usually very quick!

try giving the teller a wink! :P

Maybe I should find another steers! :)

 

I must be honest though, I find it takes me longer to get in the car to go get take aways than just whipping something up at home.

The ultimate smoothie:

 

3 Raw eggs (1 whole egg and 2 egg whites)

Milk

Banana

Milo Powder

Oats

Peanut Butter

 

In a smoothie machine or blender.

Fantastic.

 

That sounds like a nice energie pre-race drink aswell as a recoverdrink. Nice!!

Try 12 iceblocks, dash milk, plain yoghurt (about half a cup), USN choc diet powder (or nesquik/milo, 1xbanana, 2x dessert spoons pnb, dash honey (optional)

 

Blitz that...makes the most AMAZING PnB BOMB! Great for post ride or breakfast substitute :clap:
