Thank you for considering doing business with us. Ergomo USA is a solely owned subsidiary of JDS Sportcoaching, LLC. We have several years of experience working with Ergomo power meters and supporting the customers who use them.

 

We are athletes and coaches as well as technicians and entrepreneurs. Ergomo manufacturing is under new ownership and is actively being manufactured and supported as an improved 2010 model. We have been doing business with Ergomo® in Germany for over a year and are ready to launch an international re-introduction of the Ergomo Pro power meter. A 2011 system with a BB 30 configuration and a new CPU are being designed and manufactured. New software has been developed, including a Windows 7 compatible version of the ergoRacer software and optional third-party downloadable training programs.

 

We started by offering repairs and battery replacements for Ergomo CPU's. We then added wiring replacement and diagnostics of the Ergomo bottom bracket sensor. We have since replaced batteries in almost 200 Ergomo CPU's and ALL the old batteries have been sent to a recycling center in the process. In the spring of 2009, we discovered that the original inventor of Ergomo, Siegfried Gerlitzki, had re-obtained the patent for the Ergomo BB sensor and was working on improving it. We've partnered with Siegfried since, and we're pleased to be able to offer new Ergomo bb sensors, CPU's and complete systems in the United States and elsewhere around the globe.

 

We appreciate all Ergomo owners loyalty and feedback as we re-launch new products and our new customer service center. We have hired and are training a software technician to handle software support and our head technician will be partnering with Ergomo-DE to add features (esp USB dowloads) to the new CPU.

 

Finally, Ergomo USA is looking for a few good shops. Improper installation of the bb sensor often led to failure that was blamed on the unit's construction. We will be slowly adding shops to the Ergomo Dealer Network and working with their trained mechanics to install Ergomo systems reliably, every time. So, if you've got a shop that performs outstanding service, we want to know about it.
