Unfortunately there are a few motorists who deserved to have been arrested today. From a cycling perspective, the buck stops at the organiser, but like everything else in life there is more to it.

Mix of both but mostly orgs.

 

If the orgs of the tour had done a better job from advertising, earlier request for volunteers assistance and having a plan B other than cancelling a stage i would have a lot more sympathy.
