Just like to thank Raleigh SA-Jan Bekerman for the assistance in explaining the Shimano octalink BB sizes and giving me my model's correct internal BB size. Chris and Evert at CWCycles for the great service and the great price, almost half price than that of Cajees cycles. R250 compared to R400. Also bought TACX jockey wheels with intergrated bearings. Lets hope my order arives in JHB tomorrow.

Well you might say I have a serious problem, but I have already entred (hoop spelling is reg) the 94.7 cycle challenge, but my thought process was that the quicker I entrered the more I will train? to do the bloody race in a sub three 3 hours.

HI Guys. It seems to me that having your bike insured is a must. How much do you guys pay and what does it cover? Does it cover in race and out of race accidents and then of course theft or are their different type of options available. Do I have to be aware of any traps?
He was doing very good up untill an almost career ending move by idiot THEO put a spanner in the works. He has only been on the bike for 8 months after his layoff. I still think that DI is going to go far. He has a 1 year contract with radioshack so give him (DI) time to get into it again.

Hi Guys. On the latest report is that three of the cyclist were murdered yesterday morning by the driver, and the fourth is recovering after a elbow operation. And you read correctly I did say murdered!
