Hi Guys, Running a tubless setup and the merida and was riding on sunday and crossed a faily large rut, Tired popped of the bead for a split second and I got a porrige wheel, could this be from running to low a pressure? I am a heavier rider, around 100kg's, was running 2.7, would it be better to run slightly higher?

been a few years since i been on the bike but did 40km at Teak on the weekend on the green route and was wondering how technical the blue route is? keen to give it a go on the weekend but will have a complete noobie with me and dont want to put him off riding his first ride, then again i might put myself off if it is very technical and I am still very unfit. hi all, Just got back on the bike after a ten year break, went for a ride today and had pain in my lower back for most of the ride. did a lot of competitive road cycling as a lighty and remember having the same problem. any ideas? setup? time on the bike?

Is it worth getting your own timing chips? if so which ones? I will be doing as many MTB races I can this season and wondered if it would make life a bit easier

While driving home today I passed a 'gentelman' in overalls riding a s-works, with the traiffic by the time I had managed to turn around he was gone and I could not find him. It was along Summit rd, at the robot just above the spruit. Hopefully he was just a well paid garden engineer and it is none of you guys!

hey all, picked up the new Merida 96 3000 yesterday and was also looking at a new pair of shoes. For those of you who ride with 4 grand carbon soled shoes, is it worth the extra bucks? I am currently riding a perfectly capable R1500 pair and was wondering if the extra money would be spend somewhere else, and if so oin what?

Hey All, Just got myself a spinning bike so i can try get some training in with the crazy hours I will be working for the next few months. Any body know where I could get some Spinning classes on dvd or some programmes on DVD? Have tried amazon but not too much on there. thanks Mark
