I need some advice on the thuaxle my GT Sensor 3 is fitted with the thuaxle but the front wheel feels like its got to much play I took my bike to the local bike shop and they said there is nothing they can do,I went for ride at rietvlei on Sunday and every time i went in a corner the front brakes made a noise.

Hello I am looking at buying Sun SoS Rims is this any good and strong or not,because my old rims spokes keep on braking and the guys at the bikeshops says this rims will be okay for a big rider like my self at the moment my weight is standing at 125kg +

You need to recover its to much for you,I started the same way and my legs couldnt keep up ,so from 5 days to 3 days until your legs are stronger and you can take it to 4 days

Please I need some help today I took my back wheel in a week ago to replace the spokes on the casett side because they kept on snapping so after receiving my wheel back I desided to take the mtb out for a test run but my chain sounded like a old diesiel motor running dry and sounded like its jumping gears and 50m from my gate the chain snapped so I replaced the broken link with a quik link but still the chain doesnt sound right ,so iam wondering can it be that my casett wasnt fitted on right.
