Can someone maybe explain to me how the numbering works? Its obviously sex/age related - but is it also ranking related within the group?

Another eye opening day! I ended even dirtier than yesterday! The only thing that I didn't enjoy, is not knowing any of the riders - but otherwise - great fun .. from the ride up in the truck (with the riders) and the 3.5km downhill walk! I try to show the route in these pics The sea in the bg! 9 years old!! and wisely chooses to walk the rocky section!
