  17. Ok -- just some newly learnt practical advice on the new system - which just proves that often truth IS stranger than fiction .. When you make an appointment and by some divine or other intervention, you get an earlier appointment somewhere else or even at the same testing station, it is IMPOSSIBLE to change the logged appointment to the earlier date! (yip!) When you make the appointment, it seems that you are then on a system (at least on provincial level, as far as I could ascertain) that will not allow you to make a 2nd appointment in another town
